Personal data collected by the Data Controller via the Service are processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", as well as the Polish Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 10 May 2018 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781).
The Data Controller processes the data of Clients – natural persons not conducting economic activity, natural persons conducting economic activity in their own name, and natural persons representing legal entities or organizational units without legal personality to whom the law grants legal capacity.
The Data Controller may collect User data, such as: a. data about the device used by the Client to access the Service, b. login data, c. data regarding activity in the Service, d. cookies.
Data processing is based on the following grounds: a. processing is necessary for purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, which involve improving services and ensuring that Clients have access to a secure and efficiently operating Service, b. processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims if the claims arise from the way the Client uses the Data Controller's Service, c. processing for the potential establishment, exercise, or defense of claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of protecting the rights of the Data Controller, d. in certain circumstances, data processing may be based on the consent given by the Client, e.g., for receiving newsletters or marketing activities.
The Data Controller may share Clients' personal data with the following entities: a. IT, marketing, and analytical service providers, b. entities authorized to receive data under applicable law, including state administration bodies, law enforcement authorities, and judicial authorities, upon their explicit request and only in cases specified by law. Data is shared only to the extent necessary for the purpose for which it is processed.
Data will not be transferred to third countries.
Collected data will be stored as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Personal data related to cookie technology will be stored for a period corresponding to the lifecycle of the cookies or until they are deleted by the Client. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, to the extent specified in the Privacy Policy, providing personal data is necessary for full access to the Service's resources.
The person whose data is being processed has the right to: a. obtain access to the data from the Data Controller, b. request immediate rectification of their personal data that is inaccurate, c. request immediate deletion of their personal data, d. request restriction of processing, e. object to the processing, f. if the processing is based on consent – withdraw consent at any time, with the proviso that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out by the Data Controller in accordance with the law before its withdrawal, g. at any time, lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
The Data Controller may refuse to delete data if they are required to process the data based on applicable law.
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy.
